Planning your photoshoot
Our process is designed to guide you from the moment of inquiry to the final delivery of beautifully edited images, ensuring your vision is brought to life with professionalism and ease.
Initial Consultation — Every project begins with a detailed consultation where we discuss your specific requirements and goals. Whether it’s for corporate events, portraits, interior design, or special occasions, we take the time to understand your vision. During this stage, we also address important details such as:
Date, Time, and Location — We plan the logistics to ensure every moment is captured at the right place and time.
Creative Direction — We talk about the style, mood, and aesthetic you’re looking for in your photos.
Copyrights and Usage — We discuss how the images will be used and our terms regarding copyright. This includes whether you’ll need full rights to use the images commercially or if they will remain licensed to Belle Imaging with shared rights. All rights are agreed, ensuring both parties are clear on permissions.
Pre-photoshoot preparation
Once your booking is confirmed, we prepare for the shoot by working closely with you to refine the details. This includes:
Shot List Preparation —We collaborate to create a shot list to capture each important moment or detail you want featured. This is particularly crucial for corporate events and brand photography.
Styling and Setup Advice — We offer tips on styling, lighting, and how to best prepare the space or individuals for the shoot.
Confirming Logistics — Before the day of the shoot, we’ll confirm all logistical elements, including schedules, access to the venue, and any specific needs for the session.
The shoot — capturing the moments
On the day of the shoot, we focus on creating a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere to ensure natural, authentic images. We work efficiently and unobtrusively to capture the essence of your event, project, or portrait while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. During the shoot, our team:

Ensures Coverage — From key moments at events to detailed shots of spaces and products, we ensure everything is covered.
Editing — bringing images to life
Once the shoot is complete, the editing begins — where the magic happens! Images are meticulously adjusted to bring out the best in each shot: enhancing colours, lighting, and detail while maintaining a natural look. Our post-production includes:
Basic Retouching — Skin smoothing, exposure corrections, and colour adjustments are standard for every image.
Advanced Editing — For those who need additional edits, such as background removals or complex retouching, we offer advanced post-production options tailored to your needs.
Depending on the project’s complexity, you can expect your edited images 1 to 2 weeks after the shoot. We provide a secure online gallery to view, download, and share your high-resolution images.
Copyright and image usage
Once the images are delivered, we ensure the terms of use and copyright are clear and fair. Depending on your project and agreement:
Commercial Use — If the images are for promotional or business purposes, we will discuss the release of commercial rights as part of the contract.
Personal Use — For personal photoshoots, the images can be used for personal projects, albums, and social sharing. Credit to Belle Imaging may be required for public or online use.
Full Copyright Release — If you require full rights to the images (for instance, for use in advertising), this can be arranged as part of a bespoke package.
